Shipping Policy
Shipping anywhere within India
- Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1/2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 5/7 business days depending on your address.*
- Delivery date estimates/logistics delays are solely the courier service's responsibility.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking link via SMS on your registered mobile number and on your email address.
- Please note that delivery timelines, and prompt communications between the customer and the logistics are 100% responsibility of the logistics partners. Damage of package in transit/when it's delivered or lost parcels is solely the logistics responsibility. We shall not be held responsible for any damage/loss done by the transporter/logistics at any time. In case of any courier related queries, we would urge you to please directly contact the logistics service.
- Delivery will be attempted thrice by the courier partner. If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package in three attempts, the package will return back to us. In case you wish for the package to be re-delivered, please email us at contact@ikoho.in requesting for a re-delivery. Redelivery of the package will be done at an extra cost.
