Before Ikoho was a brand, it was a character, a wanderer sketched in the margins of a notebook, in a world that didn’t quite fit his stride. He roamed dark streets lit by neon signs and alleyways, searching for something that felt like home underfoot.
One night, with nothing but a handful of scraps, a worn-out needle, and a stubborn vision, he began to build. The leather was cut, the thread pulled tight, each stitch sealing in a piece of his story. They weren’t just shoes. They were armour for the road ahead, a way to leave a mark with every step. That moment became the spark. From the streets of his world to the ones we walk today, the spirit of Ikoho lives in every silhouette we create: handmade, intentional, and ready to carry its own legend.

We started Ikoho in art school, just two students chasing an idea that wouldn’t leave us alone. We didn’t set out to make a brand, we set out to tell a story you could wear. We obsessed over design and learnt the ins and outs of footwear.
From day one, Ikoho has been a homegrown post-sneaker lifestyle label for a generation that craves more. We blend ancient Indian craftsmanship with design that feels current and rebellious. Every pair is handmade for comfort, built to last, and designed to feel like an extension of you.
This brand is still a passion project, just one that now stands on thousands of feet. We’re building a universe, from our comic world to our community, and every step you take in Ikoho is another panel in the story.
