HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply visit our website, browse through our collection, select the desired footwear,
choose your size, and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and
complete the payment process
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Prepaid orders are Free anywhere within India. COD orders are 250 INR. International orders have an additional charge
which is mentioned at the checkout on the basis of your delivery address.
WHICH COURIER DO WE USE?
We use Trackon, Shiprocket and Indiapost for shipping
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver all our orders Pan-India and internationally
DO YOU HAVE A PICK-UP OPTION?
Ikoho does not offer a pick-up option
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1/2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 5/7 business days depending on your address.
Delivery date estimates/logistics delays are solely the courier service's responsibility.
With new launches/pre-orders, we specify the delivery duration via email.
Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking link via SMS on your registered mobile number.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS. You can use the link to track your order
WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED?
There could be various reasons for a delay in shipping after order confirmation. Possible causes include logistic service delays, processing time, stock availability, payment verification, weekends/public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our customer service team for specific details regarding your order's status and expected shipping time.
Please note that the delivery timelines and prompt communications between the customer and the logistics service are 100% responsibility of the logistics partners. Damage of package in transit/when it's delivered or lost parcels is solely the logistics responsibility.
We shall not be held responsible for any damage/loss done by the transporter/logistics at any time. In case of any courier related queries, we would urge you to please directly contact the logistics service.Â
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES WHEN I ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, international shipping charges apply when ordering internationally. Once you place an international order, please contact our customer service team for an exact international shipping quotation, and delivery estimates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate an exchange, please go to "Exchange Portal" which is located at the website footer. Type in your order number and the email ID that you used
when placing the order. Preferable to complete the process on a desktop/PC/laptop
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES?
We offer free exchanges. No exchanges on international orders.
I AM THE SMALLEST /LARGEST SIZE, HOW CAN I EXCHANGE?
For customers purchasing the smallest available size or the largest available size, we are unfortunately unable to issue an exchange smaller or larger than the sizes, due to unavailability of a size smaller than 6 and a size larger than 11/12 ( whichever is the largest for that particular product)
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS UNISEX?
No, our products are not unisex due to footwear sizes. Products from the Men's section may only fit men and products from Women's section may only fit women. All footwear listed under the Men’s category is sized according to standard men’s footwear sizing. Our Men's size chart applies to Men's feet measurements only. Please note that these sizes are specific to men’s feet. If women wish to place an order from our Men's section, please be aware that the men's size chart may not apply to them.
